Super easy transaction. Found the truck I liked. Reached out and was contacted by Stephen Fowler who gave me all the info I needed. We negotiated a good price. I flew to SLC and they picked me up at the airport. I was in and out in an hour or so and on my 850 mile drive home. They’ve followed up since I left with some helpful info. All around best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
They were so accommodating and professional in performing my service. I did not have an appointment, but they worked me in to their schedule. The work was performed more quickly than they estimated. They were very straightforward about work that needed to be done and gave recommendations for things that might require attention at my next service. Antonio, my service representative was wonderful; he is truly an asset to Ken Garff.

I was disappointed because we had come for a specific vehicle that ended up being sold right before we got there, they went above and beyond to get us in a newer version of that vehicle. Needed to see if my old 2001 Dakota could get a keyfob. John in parts checked it, not only does it work with one, they could order it (he was surprised as parts for the Dakota aren't usually available. It was pricey (which is to be expected from a dealer). The keyfob arrived the next day. John realized that he forgot to tell me that it would need to be programmed, and that would be $92. Have to say when someone goes out of the way to give the worst customer service possible ,there is always a good guy to save the day. 1st Mr Antonio would get no stars for sure & has no business dealing with any customers on the phone or in person. Even though we couldn't come to an agreement on price and I ended up buying from a different Ken Garff store, they didn't pull any punches and gave their best offer first. Definitely have to respect that when so many other dealers I called didn't want to give numbers or only wanted to negotiate in person.

Carson took good care of my prized possession, my 2022 Charger GT for her first oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They sent me a video of the inspection which I very much appreciated. Ken Garff WV Ford Service department is second to none! I have always shyed away from having my car serviced at a dealership because I just didn't trust them. So excited that the sales team were able to get us into the 2024 Ram Pro-master. I own a local water damage restoration company called Utah Flood Guys and we are growing! Dillon went above any beyond! His customer service is excellent. The only issue I have is how long it took for the parts to get in. Once they got in my truck was done in a day. The tech did a great job. My truck is right back where it was before the stupid idiot hit me.
