My 2020 Durango RT was being sluggish to start in the morning. A technician diagnosed the problem as both batteries being weak and replaced the batteries. Works great now. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was without my vehicle for a week. However, the New Year’s holiday was the day I dropped it off, so no one worked that day.
It was quick and easy. Almost harmless, wasn’t expecting for the sale to go as smoothly as it did! Kudos!!!

We were unexpectedly faced with trading our car. We had been working with Ken Garff service department. The manager recommended Nick Gonzalez in sales. Nick was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us choose our new car. Rhett Meriwether walked us through the purchasing process. He answered all our questions. Austin, the accessory manager, finished by helping us with the accessories to to make our new car exactly what we wanted. They all came together to make this one of our best car buying experiences.

Antonio consistently goes above and beyond when it comes to efficiency; (I am always in and out of the shop very quickly), and he makes it a point to suggest automotive improvement options without being pushy or condescending. As a woman. in the past, I have not always been spoken to in a respectful way in automotive shops and everyone at Ken Garff Jeep is kind, fair and helpful. They took care of it in one day it was a 60,000 mile fluids change in the transmission in the gearbox and such and then new battery cables they did an excellent job couldn't be happier The only thing that was bad about it was the dent it put in my wallet hahaha

We just bought a car from Dave Tran the Magic Man at Ken Garff today and have never had a better car buying experience. Not to mention the smoking deal we got on an SUV for my daughter. Great service
I have a diesel truck which is harder to service and there is typically a shortage of technicians/mechanics able to work on them. They were able to get me in and complete a number of service items within a day or two while I was out on vacation. Got me an uber to the airport and truly helped make the challenge of not having a vehicle as minimally impactful as possible. They were very helpful. Gave me a reasonable price and helped me with a coupon discount for a couple things that needed to be completed. Truck is running ...

The dealership took care to ensure I had Lyft or Uber rides to and from the service department at no cost. I was disappointed that I had to the my truck over twice because they did not have the necessary part to make the recall repair. Overall, the the service writer and cashier were professional and pleasant to work with.
They were quick, communicated well and straight to the point. I just wish they had snacks or a snack vending machine. (I could have missed it in the lobby)
Great experience. Had my Jeep Wrangler oil changed/tires rotated while on travels through SLC. Having accidentally gotten my key fob wet, it had died the morning of oil change/tire rotation. My Jeep was nearly impossible to drive with the dead fob, alarms blaring. Service manager Shaun took great care of me: luckily parts had a new one in stock and without delays had his tech guy perform the programming on the spot. Super reasonable two hours in & out. Saved my vacation travels. Shaun showed great care and attention to getting me back on the road. Good job ...
I shopped several other RAM dealers in UT CO WY before calling Ken Garff. To put it bluntly, I was shopping for a deal and Ken Garff made the deal. They delivered the truck to me in WY after getting some accessories fitted and the truck was in pristine condition when it arrived. They drove away in my trade and all was good. Super easy transaction. Found the truck I liked. Reached out and was contacted by Stephen Fowler who gave me all the info I needed. We negotiated a good price. I flew to SLC and they picked me up at the airport. I was in and out in an hour or so and on my 850 mile drive home. They’ve followed up since I left with some helpful info. All around best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
They were so accommodating and professional in performing my service. I did not have an appointment, but they worked me in to their schedule. The work was performed more quickly than they estimated. They were very straightforward about work that needed to be done and gave recommendations for things that might require attention at my next service. Antonio, my service representative was wonderful; he is truly an asset to Ken Garff.
Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!
