Back in 2019 I purchased a Jeep from this dealership and was not happy with the entire experience. Fast forward to 2025. I found another Jeep at this dealership and went back to check it out. We flew from Las Vegas to get a truck from them! This is our 4th jeep we own and by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a dealership! I highly recommend these guys! If I could give them 100 stars I would. They truly helped me sleep better at night, knowing that our truck was fixed and that we wouldn’t face ongoing issues that would cost us time and money. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, and really great people. We were experiencing problems with our 2022 RAM 3500, particularly with the dealership in Tooele where we live. We took the truck in several times, and each time it came back with persistent engine lights and new codes. After the third visit, the dealership insisted that our truck needed a $2,000 to $3,000 ...

Update to the review below. Leased a brand new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership on March 8th and with only 138 miles on the vehicle the check engine light came on and I had to take it back to have it looked at. Turns out the hybrid battery is no good, with only 138 miles on it, still have no update on repair time frame. Luckily it will be covered under warranty but it's still ridiculous that I'm paying a lease on a vehicle I don't have due to a manufacturer/dealership problem. Will update this review and rating ...

Can’t say enough great things about this dealership and Ulises. They were so great to work with our budget, our salesman Ulises never made us feel pressured into anything. He wasn’t pushy, he was just there to potentially make a sale or to answer questions or just let us have a joy ride! We've had a good experience with the service department here

My 2020 Durango RT was being sluggish to start in the morning. A technician diagnosed the problem as both batteries being weak and replaced the batteries. Works great now. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was without my vehicle for a week. However, the New Year’s holiday was the day I dropped it off, so no one worked that day.

It was quick and easy. Almost harmless, wasn’t expecting for the sale to go as smoothly as it did! Kudos!!!

They took care of it in one day it was a 60,000 mile fluids change in the transmission in the gearbox and such and then new battery cables they did an excellent job couldn't be happier The only thing that was bad about it was the dent it put in my wallet hahaha

I made appointment to bring my 2024 Dodge Ram well, rig? When i got there they would not even look at the codes. They said it's to heavy and only had 2 lifts that could lift it. I asked if they would read the code that was debating the engine speed. They would not even pretent to help me. I knew it was related to the DPF system . I ended up taking to Impact diesel for a forced regen and clear the codes. I will never go back to ken garff . There is better customer service elswhere!

it was fine. the young man that checked me in was very nice. Although he thought a tune up on a my car was a oil change and tire rotation was kind of funny. In the end we got it done .thank you
