I didn’t plan on buying a new truck, but I stopped by. They had exactly what I wanted. Took my trade-in and within a couple hours I was driving home in a new 2025 Raim 2500 Laramie truck. It was exactly what I needed to pull my 4 horse trailer.

I have been frustrated with Ken Garff Dodge because I always have to go through multiple inexperienced people to get to someone that actually knows about cars. I stopped going there about 2-3 years ago. This changed when someone introduced me to Luke Lindsay. He cut through all the red tape and helped me get quick answers on my car, got the parts in, and the repair done as soon as possible. I will keep coming back if I can work with Luke.

Perfectly fine experience, I do like that they kept me updated throughout the process. My only complaint is that I was told the $200 they charge for diagnostics (my check engine light was on) was puts TOWARDS the final price of the repair work when it was actually ON TOP of the final price. The sales person Shaun was great to work with, I give him 10 stars. Last couple times I’ve been there I’d walk in by the service department and nobody would help me. They all just sat there and look at me waiting for the other person to help, so ridiculous. This guy saw meI pull in the garage and came right out to help me. He was great and keeping me updated throughout the service.

I had a recall on one of the vans in our fleet. Ken Garff scheduled me got the van in and completed the work in what I call record time. I need to say that I called another dealership before Ken Garff and they told me it would be two weeks before the part was even here and to plan on three weeks total. Ken Garff did this in two days!! Love these guys!!!

After 3 trips into the dealership. They finally got it right. I haven't had any problems since I got my truck back after the third time the only problem I have and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it took so many trips and because they stole my Battery Jumper out of my truck.I know it's only my word that they have, but it happened. So anyway , that's the reason for the four stars.
