As well as Michael the finance guy, he was super amazing, very patient with all my questions in regards to the deal and made sure I had a clear understanding of what was happing, and made sure it was something that would work for me! I wanted to buy a extended service contract for my Challenger but needed it checked out. I was told if I needed an oil change they'd do the check as well for no extra charge. I agreed. The service writer asked if I wanted it washed. As I had just had the paint reconditioned my car was utterly scratch free and shining like a black mirror. I said please do not touch the paint......unfortunately they washed it and to my disappointment they scratched my truck lid. The manager said he'd have it repaired but I said I wanted the company that just a week ago performed the excellent job, to redo it for me. The service manager said he'd pay for it. I had it done and brought the receipt to him, he said he'd have the girls in the office send me a check. I was impressed by him taking responsibility for the damage so I ended up buying the service contract. It's been a week, I've yet to see a check for the damages. Is it coming in the mail? We shall see.
