I am a USAA member and I used their TrueCar buying service in this purchase. The experience could not have been easier thanks to Tony "Gator" Gates.After submitting my vehicle inquiry, TrueCar sent my information out to multiple dealers in my area. I was very hesitant about seeing Ken Garff West Valley in the results due to them being 40+ miles from my home.I was greated via email and text by Tony within about 10 minutes. He provided some great information on the Ram 3500 that I had initially shown interest in. Through conversations with Tony and my own research, I changed my preference to a Ram 2500.Tony went out proactively and shot videos of 2 different trucks. He uploaded them to YouTube and sent me a link. I was able to get a very good idea of what I wanted and decided on one pretty quickly. I then sent information and photos of my trade-in truck to Tony for him to help value. He responded quickly with information about the estimated value of my truck. It was right in line with my valuation of it.After deciding on the vehicle I wanted, I asked Tony to send another video with more details of the interior. He shot an uploaded a 3-4 minute video that showed all the features of the inside of the truck. I then made an appointment to come in.I was greeted at the dealership with a beautiful silver Ram 2500 that I wanted. Tony showed me through the vehicle and sent me off for a test drive. While driving it, he and his used car manager confirmed the value of my trade-in truck. When I got back, I asked about a Ram 1500 and Tony provided some great feedback. I decided to stick with the Ram 2500 and make the purchase.The purchase process went very smoothly. I had already arranged financing with USAA and the dealer was very familiar with their processes. I was in and out a signing all the paperwork very quickly. I then got to drive off in my freshly detailed Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel.My only negative feedback would be having to find diesel AS SOON AS I DROVE OFF THE LOT. The fuel light came on immediately and the DEF tank was very low too. I received a $50 fuel card when I left, but that didn't fill it up. When buying a $60,000 truck, I think full diesel and DEF tanks would have been a nice touch.Overall, this was a great buying experience. Tony made it great and I am very proud to recommend him and Ken Garff West Valley to anyone.
I have had my Jeep Srviced at multiple Jeep Dealerships around town and these guys hands down are the best! I worked with Antonio specifically. He was very professional, genuinely seemed concerned with my concerns and made sure I had what I needed. I will start having my Jeep serviced at this dealership and I will use Antonio specifically. It is a little further for me to drive but it is worth it for the experience I had.

We had some concerns after a service performed at Ken Garff and when we contacted Trevor the took care of the issues promptly! Good service person!
We had a few minor concerns when having a routine service performed. Trevor was our service professional and took care of the issue promptly. I have always found there will be issues now and again. Trevor understood and made it right and that is what makes good service professionals.
